Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide from the UK. Shipping is free to Nigeria and the UK. Other international destinations may have shipping fees depending on location.
How long does delivery take?
UK orders: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Nigeria (Lagos): 7–9 business days after dispatch.
Other international orders: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
Do you offer order tracking?
We don't currently offer order tracking, but you'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order ships, along with your estimated delivery window.
How do I pay, and what currency is used?
Prices display in your local currency, but all payments are securely processed in Naira via Paystack. We don't currently offer payment on delivery.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Please double-check all details before confirming — once an order has been processed, changes can't be made.
Can I add my prescription to these glasses?
Our frames are fashion-forward, non-prescription lenses. If you need prescription lenses, we'd recommend having your optician fit them separately.
How do I know these will fit me?
Our frames are designed with a universal fit, made to sit comfortably across all face types and sizes.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve it quickly. For all other returns or exchanges, you have 30 days from delivery.
